Will this cpu bottleneck HD 7790 or GTX 650 ti boost, if I overclock it to 3.5ghz and unlock the 4-th core?

lower resolution means more cpu dependent.
and yes, it'll be bottleneck..

But don't worry, even if it's bottleneck, you still gain more than 60+ fps with that graphic card..

at 3 cores, it will severely bottleneck..

But at 4 cores and 3.5Ghz, it's much better condition than original.
remember, athlon class lack of L3 cache, it's a fps penalty if you compare it with phenom II class with L3 cache..

So, you still have a slightly bottleneck on your system..
But don't worry, most games right now is more GPU bound rather than processor bound..

So, your processor still have a chance as your gaming processor..

That's fine with me, still I will be upgradink CPU in 3-4 months.

Also with what card I will be able to reach that 60+ FPS Gtx 650 ti boost or HD 7790?
