Connecting a wired hub to a Router/Switch via a wireless connection

Is there a product that works either wirelessly or optically line-of-sight that will allow me to connect a hub at one end of a room to the Router/Switch on the opposite end? Not permitted to run a cable across the room.

You want what is called a "client bridge" it is also many times called a wireless gaming adapter because they were used to on game consoles that only had ethernet but needed wireless.

Thx! Somebody suggested a Linksys WAP300N so i guess I'll pick one up.
