Solution
Depending upon your budget you can get GTX 770 or GTX 780 or GTX 780Ti, all are fine cards.

Every component looks good and compatible, except the MB, you can go for a normal MB, rather than a "Z" board. "Z" boards are for OC, and your CPU is a locked one with a non "K" version. You can go with i5-4670K with a few more $$. I think the difference will be of $10.

And for HDD you can choose this :

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($58.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $58.99
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

Just get a H87 since you are not overclocking, it would probably save you some, not that much though. For this PC, seems like you have a good investment, I would say go for a GTX 770 this black friday or R9 290. You could even grab a GTX 780/ R9 290X if it fits in your budget. For cheaper cards, GTX 760 is probably the better ones in that range. Any lower, it would not justify buying SSD and VelociRaptor HDD.

On that note, I usually like to keep my option open, so I would suggest shelling out a couple bucks for the unlocked processor. Who knows, maybe you want to OC then but too late.

Since you have an SSD, I doubt a 10k RPM HDD is going to change anything, rather invest into something with larger capacitance or cheaper one.

From the looks of your build parts so far a GTX 770 would fit in nicely, and if your budget allows then a GTX 780 or even GTX 780Ti which again depends totally on your budget. The 770 will get you to playing most games on the highest settings and 1920x1080 resolution where the other two cards will do all games and just more FPS.

I would also go with the i5-4670k model since it is an unlocked CPU and would allow for some good overclocking. Your motherboard does have the slots available for a second video card later on for SLI if you were to choose to do that.

A GTX 760 will get you a playable framerate on all games on the highest setting even. Anything above a 760 and you will just gain more framerates over 30fps and it will keep you above 30 for a long time to come.
