Computer using a lot of RAM

I recently changed my motherboard to a gigabyte 990fx-ud3 rev 1.0. My RAM usuage has been very high, currently hovering at 70% right now. I've got 8GB and have set windows reserve at 4GB, so what can I do to free up memory for games so they dont crash.

You should check into task manager and see which processes are using most memory. For me it's google chrome, and when it's opened my RAM usage is at 37% with my 4GB of ddr2 ram
