I Tried to do what peoples say about add to the reg the coolbits parameters, trying values 18 and 1A. I reboot Nvidia control panel detects Sli mode but when I change it form disable to maximize 3d performance Nvidia starts applying the changes but it crash and it get blocked so I have to force the Nvidia control panel to close and I loose after that nvidia doesn't recognize any GPU until I reinstall the drivers again and all the reg changes are deleted in the drivers update, I'm using the last ones 331.82.
Can anybody help me?

Maybe you should have just got two GPUS with the same amount of VRAM?

Doing the Coolbits registry fix is a way to get two cards with different ram to work in SLI but when doing anything in the registry you have to be precise and careful and follow the instructions exactly. I have done the Coolbits registry change but is was with cards of the same brand and it was for different clock speeds. If I remember the wording of the instructions it does say that it doesn't always work 100% of the time.

What you can try if you haven't yet is to make the registry change and the restart the computer a few times and then shut it down for a few min. then start it up and try changing the control panel SLI setting.

I just done it but with the same result, the control panel stop responding and I have to close it with the task manager

In the reg I did this adds

DWORD value (32 bits) name it Coolbits and modify the value to 18

QWORD value (64 bits) name it Coolbits64 and modify the value to 18

Other than following the instructions on the Nvidia site about how to enable coolbits there isn't much I can tell you different. Maybe try different drivers.
