OEM windows 7 need help!!!!

So i just finished my first build everything went good except for one thing. As i was installing my windows 7 OEM my computer shut off due to a loose cord. I just started installing windows 7 also. I plugged the cord back in and i got this screeen.

"BOOTMGR is missing
Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart"

so i restart my computer and i get the same message again and again.

I need help!

sounds like you need to re-install Windows.

Start over; boot from the CD and re-install Windows from square 1. Reformat the HDD as you do it.

Ok so i unplugged my SSD and restarted my computer and then i plugged my SSD back in. And when i go to custom install it only shows the HDD not my SDD and i want to put my OS on my SDD
