Help with Uefi gigabyte settings

I upgraded to a ga-z87-d3hp and found some things I need to ask on the settings which are many more than a casual bios mobo I used to have.

first of all do I enable

VT-d ?
TXT(LT) support?
XHCI mode?
Intel rapid start tech?
secure boot mode?

Secondly I saw my DDR3 ram modules were running in 1333 Mghz while the defaults of them are 1600, they are the http://www.corsair.com/vengeance-8gb-dual-channel-ddr3-memory-kit-cmz8gx3m2a1600c9.html

I set them to run with x16 multiplier and they went to 1600 Mhz after the boot. Did I do anything stupid by setting them 1600 while they were set up initially as 1333?

Also I set up Boot Mode to Ultra fast, and EFI only, windows 8 set up in uefi mode, so everything ok?

Most of these can be set to Auto or Off. They are just for extra security for trusted operating systems. RAM will usually be set to 1066 or 1333 automatically, no matter what speed your RAM is. You should set your RAM to whatever speed it is (in this case 1600).

Also I noticed that I can change values to my cpu too, while it isn't a K version. For example it lets me change it from 3.2 ghz to 3.4

I assume it's safe to send the 4570 to 3.4? Also another question, because I never overclocked, assuming I moved the DDR3 to 1600, shouldn't the voltage of DDR go higher than 1.5V? Doesn't "overclocking" or changing the frequencies meaning that you change the voltage?

yea also I could select higher than 1600 but in the uefi bios it didn't change the voltage option, it stayed at 1.5volt
