comparison in games between i7 950 and newer models of i7

Hey guys

Do You know maybe of any tests of CPU's that would show comparison of 1st generation of i7 like i7 950 and then sandy bridge,ivy bridge,haswell?

Ofc it would be great if such test would include quite new games like Crysis 3 or Bf4 or at least Far Cry 3.

Anyway the point is to see difference in FPS in games with those cpus overclocked(stock is sort of useless)

There is obviously plenty of comparisons but I couldn't find any that would include newest processors along with my old i7 950.

Below is a post I made in a different thread that can help you out. The i7-950 is not in the charts, but the i7-920 is.

The first generation Core i3/i5/i7 CPUs are basically equivalent to AMD's Piledriver FX CPUs when it comes to playing games. You are not going to get much of a bottleneck. Below are some benchmark of CPU intensive games. The i5-650 is not part of the benchmark, but the i7-920 is and games basically do not benefit Hyper Threading.

When I was running it stock for a day I saw some drop in fps now...it's ok, but I was just curious how different would it be with the same graphic card but with newer cpu-like for example haswell.
