That's a good build, but you should change to a Gigabyte or ASUS motherboard, as they cost the same but offer slightly better components and in some cases slightly better performance.

You do know that you're restricting motherboard choice because of the MicroATX Case, right? Also you may need to keep in mind that you might have to factor in a copy of windows into the price. Anyway, looks like it will perform well to me.
