If you want anything over 20 frames, you need to find one with a dedicated graphics card. Simply, this will not pass 30 frames in the simplest 3D open world games. Why don't you build a computer? You could have a PC capable of playing these games at high settings for under $500

Do you happen to have any suggestions on parts?

Just curious. How high do you mean by High FPS? And I've heard that AMD processors aren't always the best, do know or have any complaints about yours?

This is what I would build for $500. I reckon this could get 60+ frames on high settings on minecraft, not too sure about the other games. Who says AMD processors aren't the best? They draw more power, and their high end CPU's are no match for Intel's, but for value, AMD trumps Intel. With a low budget like $500, I'd say AMD is the better choice,

The only complaint I have is the fan is a bit loud, but that's only on full load. AMD processors are good for budgeted builds. In this case, your build is on a budget, it has 6 physical cores which is amazing and can handle most games. The BF4 official system requirements say that the FX 6300 is the recommended AMD cpu. And by high fps, on minecraft I get around 150 and less on high settings, on diablo I don't know, never played diablo, and on dead island riptide I get a decent 60+ with high settings.
