Windows 7 aero theme not working

Hi,
I built a computer today using an oem version windows 7 ultimate, I have an i7 4770k with no discrete graphics card yet, However, the aero theme doesn't work and windows 7 is too big for my tv which is running through hdmi, also when I look for driver or trouble shoot it comes up with nothing,
Any help will be much appreciated,

So you are currently using the Intel® HD Graphics 4600, HERE is the drivers needed for the Intel HD Graphics 4600, just choose your version of windows and scroll down to find the download options, download the drivers and install them then see if the aero comes back

I'm facing the same problem. My motherboard is GIGABYTE P4M800Pro with VIA/S3 Unichrome Integrated Graphics. I've been searching all over the web for Windows 7 WDDM driver yet was unable to fine. Think you could help?
