stuttering in battlefield 4

I have gtx 780 3gb card
amd fx(tm) 8120 8 core processor 3.10ghz
8 gm ram
windows 7 64 bit

it does this on all graphics settings, from low to ultra it makes little difference with how my fps acts.
itll be 60 for a few seconds then randomly drop to as low as 10 fps, lower settings will have an improvement, but it doesnt fix the problem.
It looks to me like i have better than the requirements, so i dont know what could be causing this.

I tried disabling any cpu boosters such as game booster, then changed the power options in control panel to power saver or balanced. It changes the max and minimum usage of the cpu.

It is a cpu based error. They made the game so intense for cpus. Baring in mind everyone is complaining about bugs. This game is in a beta state, give it till Christmas they are going to have a huge update update with mantle for the new amd range of cards!

Well i dont know if i just did it wrong, but i believe following your directions made things worse.
And now the last instruction is to just wait until christmas when they fix the game.
Well anyways thanks for trying :)
