Some people may crap on the CX series PSU, but I have one and it's running fine.

I would go for a better motherboard. If cost is an issue, drop the CPU down to a 8320 and go for something with a 99fx or 990fx chipset. If you want to upgrade down the road, video cards are always the heal and you can't crossfire with a 970 chipset like the motherboard has that you picked. I have the 8320 and the M5A99X Evo R 2.0 motherboard and the 8320 and can overclock it to 4.7ghz with a $100 closed loop water cooler and some case fans. Core temps in BF3 never hit more than 40c. I had a 970 chipset board and couldn't overclock past 4.2 without it crashing. Took it back and got a 99fx chipset. I can crossfire down the road and stil have 8x/8x lanes.
