Almost any computer will run games at high FPS. It's just that it will have to be on crappy video settings. What settings are you wanting to play the game at? It can make a big difference.

Parts Preferences: Asus, Intel if cheaper

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080, but thats my TV i would like a separate monitor

Additional Comments: Again, just games like minecraft, Dead Island, and Just Cause
And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: My Laptop cannot handle these games
