Whats wrong with my graphics card

Up until yesterday it was all fine but after updating my video card bios using live update 5 it has started to get weird on me.
Like heating up for no reason and causing shit to stutter like videos and such.
Is it the bios update or something else?
HAHAHA yeah smooth forgot to mention which gfx it is

The graphics card is an MSI GTX560Ti Hawk
I5 2500k 3.3ghz
4GB DDR3 1600mhz
MSI P67-C43 (B3)
Thermaltake Toughpower XT775W

I would roll back the bios - sometimes new versions can be buggy (iOS5 is a good example) - its not unusual for the "latest and greatest" to actually have glitches that don't get discovered until the software is released.

How exactly would i go about rolling back the bios i can't remember which version it was before the update

I assume if you are using Live Update you have MSI hardware - simply look on-line at the latest release - download and install a previous version (check to see what version was in circulation at the time you purchased your motherboard - that's a good indicator). You may not be able to roll back the driver directly with Live Update as the program always goes for the latest bios. You will have to download the bios file to you computer. I think you can then install using Live-Update but pointing it to the file - its been a while since I updated my bios (given I am running 4-5 year old technology) but you can usually find manufacturers instructions on how to "flash" the bios using a file you have downloaded.

ps - if you have issues it is often worth contacting MSI tech support. I've run MSI boards and they are ok but I've built computers for friends using Asus boards and my next build will use an Asus board - the BIOS UEFI is very nice
