POWERSUPPLY:600 Watts - Corsair CX600 600W
VIDEO CARD :AMD Radeon R7 250

Is this a good build?

Yeah, that's a pretty nice build for non-intensive games. I would get a 7770 if it were in your budget, it's not much more.
