The fan blades of my GPU have been hit by some cables. help?!?!

So today when I turned on my PC this weird noise started so I opened my PC and it was the cable of the USB header for my case rubbing against the fan blades of the fan for my power color 7850! I just built it so I'm kinda of paranoid, do you think this will affect the performance or the fan? It still works but I'm worried it would of have caused damage. Someone please help me?

Do you see any visible damage to the card or wire? If not then there is likely nothing wrong. They just hit them and get pushed out of the way, the cables arent hard enough to really break or damage anything.

Im not sure im not looking at it right now but i did not see any when i did pull them apart. I have a question does it make my fan slower?
