Solution
Normally 70 to 75 is max for Intel CPU's if you run across a AMD they are lower usually 60 to 65 Max Celcius. You can google it and get the max temp right from Intel if you would like.

FYI the cooler you can keep it the better for longevity it is.
Just to add what to what Nubly said, you can always use Hardware monitor from iobit.com or if your board comes with a temp monitoring tool you could use that during a stress test to see what your max temps will be.

To see max temps i use Intel Burn Test to stress the CPU. I set it to max memory and set it to 40 runs and monitor the hole time. This will take a long time so be patient the longer it runs the more heat it will generate in the case till about run 15 or so then levels off then you will see max temps. Prime 95 will not generate the heat IBT does. If you use Motherboard software to monitor make sure it does not freeze using this program as many do this is why i mentioned the other monitoring program.
