Will this CyberPower PC build handle 2012/2013 games on medium/high settings?

CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-4770K 3.50 GHz 8MB Intel Smart Cache LGA1150 (All Venom OC Certified)
HDD: 128GB ADATA SP900 SATA-III 6.0Gb/s - 550 MB/s Read & 520 MB/s Write (Single Drive)
MEMORY: 16GB (8GBx2) DDR3/1866MHz Dual Channel Memory (ADATA XPG V2)
MOTHERBOARD: ASUS Z87-K ATX w/ GbLAN, 2 PCIe x16 (1 Gen3, 1 Gen2), 2 PCIe x1, 3 PCI
VIDEO: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 2GB GDDR5 16X PCIe 3.0 Video Card (Major Brand Powered by NVIDIA)
CPU / Processor Cooling Fan: Asetek 510LC 120mm Liquid Cooling CPU Cooler - Enhance Cooling Performance (Single Standard 120MM Fan)
Price: 1,459
Also, if not, what are things I can tweak? I'm not much of a techsavvy so I didn't change the motherboard or harddrive.
(approximately what fps would there be for bioshock infinite/LoL e.t.c.)

I'm planning to adjust my harddrive (ssd) to 240GB Corsair Force GS Series SATA-III SSD - 555MB/s Read & 525MB/s Write, but the price goes up to $1635 so I'm not sure what to change.

would it be necessary to upgrade from a 128 gb ssd harddrive to a 240gb?
  4. The extra storage could be useful , but SSD's are expensive so most of us use a 128 Gig SSD for Windows and programs and a conventional hard drive to store data on
