os : windows 7 64-bit
which one should i buy
nvidia geforce gt630 2gb or 4 gb?
max screen resolution is 1366*786

You would get absolutely no benefit from 2GB or 4GB here.
1GB is all you should consider on a monitor that low resolution.

If you have a fixed budget, you could probably be a lot better off to let us pick you out a better card unless you are really locked at a low number.

Wo wo wo woo. Obviously if he is looking at the 630 he has a budget, and the 690 is way outside of it.

Not to mention playing at 1366x768, you will find a lot of cards I think that perform just as well. At that resolution a ultra settings on cards are not as difficult.

Now an Nvidia Geforce 640 or 650, or an AMD Radeon 7750 or 7790 might be in his price range, but certainly not an upper division card!
