I'm getting this case: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E1681... and an i5 4670, no plans for overclocking.

The cpu comes with a standard cpu heatsink and fan which should be fine for your purposes.

It's not necessary. The stock fan is fine if you are not going to be overclocking.
