Computer starts with no display

I recently turned on my computer, everything started up fine, processor fans running but my Razor naga keyboard won't turn on and neither does the monitor or mouse, as if they're not plugged in. whats wrong?

check if they're plugged properly and if yes , try to enter the bios and make sure whether these prephiral devices are enabled or not , if you have a PS2 keyboard and cannot enter the bios , try with USB keyboard
