Buy a desktop hard drive like the WD blue

Use a dual channel kit of RAM 2 x4 gig .

Use an FM2 + motherboard if you can find one in your budget . That would let you move to the next generation of APU's if you want to upgrade sometime in the future

The raidmax psu is suspect . The Corsair CX 430 is often very cheap and is pretty decent
