Amd fx4100 overclock Help

Alright so I am a total noob when it comes to this.

I've looked up serveral videos and searched google but couldn't find one that had my bios.

CPU: AMD FX-Series FX-4100 3.6GHz
MotherBoard: Gigabyte M68MT-S2

Just need to know what to change in bios and if there is anything else to do trying to get around 4.5 ghz ive heard you can get to 5 ghz but i feel better around 4.2 - 4.5 ghz just in case.

Main reason for trying to OC is so I can stream my processor right now just doesn't have the power.

so i found where the settings i was missing go but i still dont know what values to put thats my big problem now

Im sorry I haven't oc in years to me our chips amd or intel are fast enough as it is to do what I need if not I want for a newer chip that's going to give me my moneys worth if your on air fx is 3,6 and 3,8 turbo if your getting 4,1 4 ,2 out of the chip consider yourself lucky a lot of the chips that hit 5 ghz wasn't on air it water either on water cooling or dry ice ect special platforms and those speeds can only be maintained for a short period of time being unstable ....

That motherboard has a 3+1 phase VRM. I would get a motherboard more suited to overclocking before making an attempt at it.

eh..don't overvolt too much..maybe up to 1.4v?
set cpu/nb to 2200
set HT link to 2400
and OC mostly with the multi..up to 20-ish more on the reference.
