I have a laptop
the motherboard manufacturer is Toshiba.
I was just wondering what type of ram i could get. I'm planing to get 8 gb of ram to use with an elgato.

Could you please give me the model name of the Toshiba Laptop so that I can check what the highest amount of ram is allowed by the motherboard you have in the laptop?

It is a Toshiba Satellite C855

The C855 is the series but I need to specific number after it, e.g. -10G or -2D1, once you have gotten me the specific laptop name I can give you the maximum memory your laptop can take
