Help low fps on any game :(

Hi guys i have a big problem i just bought a new pc and my system is:
GTX 780 Windforsce
i5 4570 3.2Ghz
8Gb DDR3 1600Mhz
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

it seems like i cat play anything higher than 30 fps :mad: my friend got gtx 780 with i3 and he gets 70 fps on ultra on bf4 i cant get 60 -.- PLS HELP what should i do >????

This board only supports PCIe 3 16x on one slot (usually the one nearest the CPU). D you have the card in the correct slot?

Also, you have not indicated the resolution you are playing at. This will be a factor, especially in comparison to your friend's rig.

my pc shows my ram just fine i used cpu-z and it shows my ram just fine.... can it be some program or driver that slows it down?
like: intel control center/intel rapid share/Intel SDK for OpenCL ??? idk what to do :/

Good call. It would also be useful to know the monitors rated refresh rate. Though even 8 year old TVs have a 60Hz refresh rate (this was a standard set in the 1940s, so I doubt he's running 30Hz).

if its 1080i it will run at 60hz but you end up splitting the output between 2 sweeps of the screen. giving the equivalent output of 30hz x2 is what i meant. my bad.
