Hi all
it has been a while, but hope some one can point me in the right direction, I am having trouble formating new DVDs, I put a new blank disc in my light scribe DVD burner go in to, my computer, right click on the CD drive icon, then InCD format but the divice is not listed, Any Idea's on how I can get my computer to see the burner so I can, back up files.
I am running windows XP, System 32, TVM 2gig,
Thanks for your help

Please note: data written to a formatted R/W disc is more prone to data loss compared to not formatting it and using regular burning software.

Writing to an optical disc using "direct to disc" methods like InCD is therefore not recommended if you value your data. It's the most unreliable form of disc burning there is. Convenient yes, but very unreliable.
