I am concered for the temps of my cpu

I have an i7 920 and the temps are 35-40 idle.Its overclocked from my mobo to 2.9, i have a coolit alc 240mm water cooler.The temps are fine or not?

I have disassemble the whole pc to clean it from dust and i have applied arctic silver 5 thermal paste but accidentally i put more than it should and the paste covered the whole cpu surface.I expected to have lower temps (about 25-30).Anyway thanks for the answer
