Hello again, today I have questions about PSU for new build.

I am not sure which PSU should I get for my new build.
As stated on topic, I live in Australia. So I will not be able to get PSUs that are available in US (like XFx or Seasonic).

These are PSUs that Im interested to buy.

Coolermaster GX2 Power 80Plus Bronze 750w $103
Coolermaster Thunder 750w $85
Thermaltake Smartpower 80Plus Bronze $109
Antec True Power 80Plus Gold 750 $149
Corsair CX600 v3 $95
Corsair GS700-V2 $125
Corsair TX750 $155
Corsair HX650-V2 $155

I was going to get the Smartpower but some people said it doesn't last long. so now I have no idea which to get.
Someone please help me choose, any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks

Yes - the hcg620 will run your system with a 280x without issue.
The important spec is the +12v rail amps. A system with a 280x needs at least 30 +12v amps, the HCG620 has 48. You are good to go with plenty of headroom.

Even 290x, gtx780 don't need 750:

alright build your build on pcpartpicker and i rounded the wattage and got bout 500 watts so now its just up to u if u plan on upgrading your desktop if u do then i would get the 750 watt if u plan on just keeping this build and not upgrading go with the Corsair HX650-V2 cause u always want extra power trust me

Hi - Looks like you don't mind spending $$ for quality. Of the PSU's you listed the HX650 is superior in quality to any of the others listed and has plenty of headroom. If you don't mind spending $155au then that is the one to get.

In you want a less expensive alternative, let me know, I'll see if I can find someting of good quality. But, I'd stck with the HX650 if it fits your budget:

The HX650 is quite expensive for 650w. At first, I tried to keep my budget as low as I can, thats why I was going for Smartpower. But then some people said its not good, so now I have to look for better PSU.
Are these PSUs any good??
GS800-V2
TX750
True power

Would it be ok if I just buy one of above instead of HX650?? they are cheaper and has more wattage than HX though.

Just trying to get the best out of my money

My friend just suggest Thermaltake ToughPower 80Plus Gold 750, he said its quite popular around here and its Gold certification.
Should stick with TX or go with Toughpower???

Hi again - here are a some quality less expensive alternatives:

http://au.pcpartpicker.com/mr/plecomau/xfx-power-supply-p1650xxxb9 - Seasonic built - semi modular - ex value

http://au.pcpartpicker.com/mr/pccasegear/antec-power-supply-hcg620m - also Seasonic built - semi modular

http://au.pcpartpicker.com/mr/cplonline/corsair-power-supply-cmpsu650txv2 - also Seasonic built

Any of these are quality units, I would choose the semi mod XFX,
best value of the three, all are better price/value units than the GS800
or TX750.
