Hi guys, I'm looking for a quality power supply to power my low end gaming PC. There are only limited power supplies available on the store where I will buy it. So here are my choices:

Hec Cougar Sl500 - 1700 PHP
Corsair VS450 - 1700 PHP
Aerocool VP Pro 500w - 1850 PHP
Thermaltake New Litepower 500w - 1950 PHP
Antec VP550P - 2100 PHP
Aerocool Strike-X 500w 80Plus Bronze - 2100 PHP
Hec Cougar SL600 - 2100 PHP
EVGA 500B 80Plus Bronze - 2200 PHP
Corsair VS550 - 2200 PHP
Thermaltake New Litepower 600w - 2200 PHP
Thermaltake SMART SE 530w Modular - 2250 PHP
Hec Cougar RS 550w - 2350 PHP
Aerocool Strike-X 500w 80Plus Bronze Modular - 2370 PHP
FSP Raider 550W 80Plus Silver - PHP2400
Aerocool Templarius Imperator 550w 80Plus Bronze - 2450 PHP
Aerocool Strike-X 600w 80Plus Bronze - PHP 2450
Cooler Master Thunder M 520w - PHP 2500

I want you to rate each of these power supplies on a scale of 0-3.
0 = Never buy this.
1 = Bad quality that cannot reach its rated wattage.
2 = Okay quality that can reach its rated wattage.
3 = Good quality that can exceed its rated wattage.

Which of these is the best buy? I wouldn't really be needing a lot of wattage. Maybe 400w is enough for me. Also, efficiency is not important for me as I don't pay for the electricity.

Answers from knowledgeable people, experts, and moderators would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance! :)

Hi - Of those you list above, consider only Antec, Corsair, and the FSP Raider, rate the Antec & FSP Raider the best of what you have listed,, Corsair is a good brand, but the VS series is budget level, the 1the other two are better. Do not consider HEC, Aerocool, TT. Would rate them 0 -3.The others could be OK, but the three I listed would be the best choices from what's avail to you.

BTW, some PSU's do exceed their rated wattage on occasion, but you would need to see a trusted lab review for that, and is not something I would (if I were you)base a purchase decision on.

So, the FSP Raider & the Antec VP550 are the two best from your list.
