Hi there, I would like to know which of these two setups would be the best...(Setup 1) 1 Fan in front of the case as intake, 4X 120mm fans on the side as intake, 1X 120mm fan at the back of the case for exhaust, and 2X 120mm fans on top of the case for intake or (Setup 2) 1 Fan in front of the case as intake, 4X 120mm fans on the side as intake, 1X 120mm fan at the back of the case for exhaust, 2 X120mm fans under the rad for exhaust and 2 X 120mm fans ontop of the rad also for exhaust. Radiator sits inside the case right at the top

Solution
A little positive pressure inside the case is a good thing but this setup might be too much pressure in the case. I would turn the front fan around and have it exhaust air from the case, as well as the rear fan exhausting air, and the radiator setup to exhaust are from the case there is a big difference between the way that case fans and radiator fans move air through a case. Case fans are designed to move a lot of air through basically an unrestricted airway (empty space) but radiator fans are designed to push or pull air through restricted airways, like radiators, as a result they do not really move all that much air at a time.

Thanks for the reply... just to confirm, front fan = exhaust, rear fan = exhaust, 4 side cover fans = intake, 2 fans on top of radiator = exhaust or intake? and should I install fans underneath radiator or leave them out? (The Idea I have for the fans underneath the radiator is to boost the fans on top of the radiator, so in other words 2 fans under radiator to assist 2 fans above radiator in what ever their purpose are intake/exhaust)

Thx alot will do and let you know...

Hi I did what you said except for swopping around the front fan (way to much effort) and it work great. Got my i7 930 2.8Ghz overclocked to 4Ghz and running stable max temp under 100% for 4 hours was 69 degrees.
