I would go with the second build...and I wouldn't use the either of the PSUs u listed

If you want to overclock the CPU.. Go for option 1. If you dont want to overclock the CPU go for Opt.2

i will overclock it after 2/3 month ...
because i don't have the money to buy a liquid cooler

Try and get a good quality PSU. If you say you are overclocking down the line.. 8320's overclock really well.

Look at some reviews of the motherboard in regards to overclocking.

In terms of PSU look at reviews of the chosen PSU to help your decisions.

My 8320 clock speed. (4.6Ghz and 4.9Ghz turbo)
