When I will build my pc on the box of mobo to see if everything it s ok I can leave the cpu without fan and then install the liquid cooler when I put everything in case?

Solution

Well...I wouldn't.

Put on the stock cooler. Boot it up and see what happens.
When you actually put it together, clean the paste off the CPU and install your liquid cooler.

10 sec won't show you much. It won't die in that timespan, but it is kind of useless.
