Processor: i5 3570k--
Motherboard: ASUS M5A99FX-
Graphics Card:AMD Radeon 7970
Ram:8gb DDR3
Power: Logisys Corp. 550W
Case: ZALMAN Z9
I've been looking to build a good PC for quite a while, and I think I have all the parts. I want to run BF4 at ultra with about 40 fps. Please tell me if I should change parts out. I already have OS and accessories. Also, wondering if I should overclock, but would it require better cooling

Solution

ASUS P8Z77-V LX LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Keep the processer! Just change the Motherboard the one i recommend!
Ya psu,i recommend getting 650 watt corsair! Overclocking later on? 750 should be really good!
EDIT:Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler with 120mm PWM Fan for cooling !

unfortunately that mobo is not compatible with the CPU, your CPU is from intel and mobo is for AMD CPU's. gfx card is good. PSU seems crap, go with a corsair CX500, much better. and if your gonna OC your gonna need good cooling. but with a cheap cooler like CM hyper 212 evo, you can reach 4.4-4.5Ghz with temps under 80C.
