No post beep or BIOS screen, fans work

I have put together an MSI MicroATX MOBO, an AMD Athlon 2, an AMD RADEON Sapphire GPU, an on lite stock DVD reader, and a mid tower raygo case. Problem listed above: fans/ MOBO LEDs work, but no post beep/ bios. Have tried w/o GPU, fan, ODD, and HDD, to no avail.

OMG, literally the second thing is something I did wrong. I will post an update if this fixes it.

Disconnect everything but the essentials, only use one ram module disconnect DVD drive disconnect and additional hard drives remove graphics card if installed, then simple refit to reverse engineer

I have tried this, and It hasn't worked. However, I am willing to give it another try over this weekend, Thanksgiving in the US, and I will be much quicker to post if it works. One thing to note is that the LEDS on the MOBO always indicate the CPU at full usage during boot. Is this indicative of a bad CPU, or is this a good thing?
