Will a 120w PSU support a Asus HD 7750

My specs are
Intel i7 4th Gen 3.1GHz Turbo Boost 3.5GHz (65W)
Gigabyte GA-Z87N
8GB 1600 DDR3 RAM CL8
Intel 180GB SSD (Hard Drive) R-W 450MBps
Intel HD4600 GFX
ITX case comes with 120W power supply

No way even without GPU I would upgrade the PSU because it is very old and weak. Buy a new psu and then a GPU... I wonder how your system runs with that PSU.

Consider to get a new case and PSU since the new GPU`s can be very long which depends on model and brand.
