How do I find out what is causing WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR?

I have gotten it twice and wanted to know how i figure out what is causing it. I'm not, nor have I overclocked the PC, Its not lack of power cause it has a 1000w gold PSU. Any help? PC is well vented and has more fans and cooling then I would even think is needed for a system that does not OC.

Specs:
Windows 8, Not 8.1 cause that keeps crashing my games.
i5
Asus Max. Hero 6 MOBA
1000w Gold PSU
16gb Ram

You can allays go step by step :
HIRENS BOOT CD - Memtest 86 - for CPU & RAM testing
HIRENS BOOT CD - MHDD - for HDD test
Furmark - under OS for the GPU
If you have any HW problems this 3 test will show it for sure

Ok I'm not very computer smart so most of what You said was lost to me. Can you explain how to run those test and the gpu is a 770 NVIDIA and with the windows 8 blue screen it was not like the older blue screens and I did not see an error code, is it log somewhere I can look

Hiren`s Boot CD - http://www.hirensbootcd.org/download/
- download
- burn to CD/DVD
- Boot you PC from it
- start the Memtest86 - from the Hirens Boot Menu

The same goes to MHDD
- it`s under Dos Programs
- Hard Disk tools
- MHDD 4.6

- download / install / run
