Screen flickering in ATI Graphics card -HELP!?-

I have sreen flickering evry time i start playing BOII or bf3 after 40sec or less, the screen flickering pop-up on the screen ,I try downclock ,Cleaning the card, Re-applying the thermal past ,Uninstall the Driver , nothing worked ,sometimes screen flickering are in the bois , the GPU heat is OK 60°C in full load , The flickering are like this : ░ Or :≡


computer configuration:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
Sapphire ATI Radeon HD3870 ,512mb
6Gb ram
ASUS P5K Motherboard
500 GB Blue Caviar, WD
Antec Earthwatts 380w 80+

it is off , windows is not installing drivers for the vid card
and the latest driver are installed from AMD's web site

Well maybe think about updating your card.
It is a very old card anyways so an update will bring a massive increase in performance

If you want a suggestion answer this:
What games do you play
What setting levels do you want to play at
What frames do you want
What budget do you have
