alright so i have a gigabyte z87-hd3 mobo and i5-4670k processor, my current ram is ddr3 pc3-10700, and my case is just a stock case, as far as cooling i've been researching, but i'm not an expert in that area, so i have no idea... and i'd like a good case, budget, well i would rather pay and have something last, then pay multiple times on something that is cheap...

If you want to upgrade RAM then go with same brand and frequency. If you want to completely replace RAM then go with the one I listed.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($29.98 @ OutletPC)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($87.32 @ NCIX US)
Case: Cooler Master HAF X ATX Full Tower Case ($179.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $297.29

For case I would suggest you on Cooler Master HAF series HAF 932, HAF X, big, sufficient cooling, strongly build. Or you can go with Corsair cases.

If you need a CPU cooler CM'S Hyper 212 Evo will be my choice, cheap yet decent.

And for RAM go with the same brand and MHz.
