I'm assuming by your original mobo suggestions that your case has an ATX form factor. Am I assuming correctly? I don't want to suggest you buy the wrong board.
Right now, iceclock and I are offering two different form factors. The board I suggested is an ATX, the board iceclock suggested is a micro ATX. There are pros and cons to each, but the important thing is that his will fit just about every case out there, while mine will usually only fit Full and Mid tower ATX cases.

Just let us know so we can change suggestions accordingly.
Thanks!

Looks good, but you won't need a 730W PSU. 600 Watts will be sufficient. The 600W you listed looks really nice.

The processors are pretty similar. Maybe if you had a more powerful GPU you would want to go for the fx-6350, but as is the 6300 will be perfect.

As for the motherboard, I would recommend the MSI. Although be careful what CPU you put in there, I guess it hasn't been handling 125 Watt CPUs well, so if you went with this board you would have to get the fx-6300 to be safe. If you planned to overclock or upgrade in the future you would want to beef up your choice of motherboard and get something like this. or this..

The 7850 would be a great card for your system. It's one of the best in its price-range.

And the RAM looks great. Just the right amount and a good brand.

Nice picks! I think you'll be very happy with those upgrades. The choice of motherboard is the only part I'd tell you to reconsider.

EDIT: I didn't mean to say that the MSI would give you future proofing. It kind of does the opposite, you'll hit the wattage ceiling with anything more powerful that the fx-6350, and overclocking is largely out of the question. It's fine for stock clocks/voltage with your current build, but you won't be able to do much more with it than that.

Man. That's a tough pricetag.

I think this is the best you can do with that budget:

ECS A75F2-A2(1.0) FM2 AMD A75: $54.99 with Mail-in Rebate
XFX Core Edition PRO550W: 25.99 with savings and Mail-in Rebate
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 4GB (2 x 2GB): $39.99
AMD Athlon X4 750K Trinity 3.4GHz: $79.99
SAPPHIRE 100358L Radeon HD 7770: $79.99 after Mail-in Rebate
--
Grand Total: $290.95

That's the best bang for your buck I could find, and I think it'll suit your needs pretty well.

Let me know what you think!

If your budget is $350 now, go for this build:

BIOSTAR TA970: $59.99
AMD FX-6300: $119.99
XFX Core Edition PRO550W: 25.99 with savings and Mail-in Rebate
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 4GB (2 x 2GB): $39.99
SAPPHIRE 100358L Radeon HD 7770: $79.99 after Mail-in Rebate
--
Grand Total: $325.95

With that build, you're not sacrificing any performance for cost.

The Radeon HD 7770 is the best card in its price-class (Tom's Hardware, Best Graphics Cards for the Money: October 2013), and can more than handle WoW and LoL.

The AMD FX-6300 is also one of the best gaming processors in its price-range (Tom's Hardware, Best Gaming CPUs For The Money: November 2013), and will handle both the GPU and the games you plan to play.

The RAM is quality and the perfect amount.. If you really want to get 8 GBs (which is not necessary), you can use the $25 left over to upgrade. The Kingston HyperX Blu 8GB (2 x 4GB) for $64.99 are what I recommend if you want 8GB.

The Motherboard is mooted to be great for its priceclass. It will handle the hardware of this build. It's also on sale :p

The PSU is also good for this build, just the right amount of watts to amply power your system and give you some comfortable overhead. And I can't believe how cheap it is right now!

I don't think you'll be disappointed by going with this build.
The Bottom Line: It will definitely meet your needs, and fit within your budget.

Final note: The motherboard I linked has an ATX form factor. If you have the case to fit it (Full or Mid ATX tower) then definitely go with it. Normally, Micro ATX boards are cheaper, but in this case you get the price of a Micro ATX (because of the sale) and the superior airflow/upgrade potential of the larger, ATX motherboard.

Let me know what you think!
