Internet slows stops when using dual monitors

I'm running off of two different video cards, both of them are nvidia, one is a 430 gt and the other is a 520 gt. I am having a strange problem, when my second monitor which is connected to the 520 is on my internet slows to a stop but comes right back if I turn the monitor off. Any ideas on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Processor: AMD Phenom II x6 1055t
RAM: 6 GB
Motherboard: MSI 890FXA-GD70

tyr to interchange the first mpnitor with the second one and you have the same issue i would check that monitor more carefully .

I switched out monitors but nothing changed as long as both are on the internet is not I did find that it does not matter which is off just so long an nether is on at the same time.

did you check if your psu could handle both card and the full system at the same time ?

Well I have a 700w psu installed so I don't think that would be a problem, I have pulled one card out (the 520) and just used the primary one with the same results.

test the 520 in another sytem she could be the one in trouble .
