noob question. Does this build work? 740-755$ after rebates.

Solution
That 550w PSU will work just fine with that system. The only problem is that it will not support the new sleep states that Haswell has, but these come disabled by default on desktop motherboards, as they were designed more for laptop power saving.

Okay Revised list here
http://pcpartpicker.com/user/thefreed/saved/2UnX
I changed the memory to Ripjaws X. It only costed 1.50 more...
I am thinking about changing the Motherboard, or Case to something better... It all comes to 676$ at the current point so I could probably spend 50-70 dollars more.
Do you have any recommendations on how to spend it?

I am so sorry, there's one last thing I need help with... PLease help me...
I have a hp2011x led computer. 1600x900 ratio. It has vga and dvi-d(dual link) only. I figured I'll switch over to dvi-d at this point, and I am trying to get this video card.

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/sapphire-video-card-111991920g

It has Dvi-d (single), dvi-I dual link, display port(?), and hdmi... I am thinking hdmi is the best option to go with here...
but then there's all this female to male cable things and I don't exactly get it :|.
can you please help me find the right cables?
This is the LAST QUESTION I PROMISE!!!!

thank you and Iceclock for helping me, I didn't get a dvi cable with the monitor... or if I did, I lost it. I broke the bank trying to get all these parts lol, and it costed more then I really thought but I think it was worth it. The longevity is what matters... or so I am thinking as of yet ;(. But I had to get computer tools, windows life time malware bytes pro for 15 dollars was too good to pass up.
and etc... I needed a lot more things then I thought.
It eventually ended up being -1100 altogether O_O.
I get 70 dollars back for rebates so I just won't have money temporarily lol.

This is the final build I decided to go with
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/27fat
I think this will last me for 2 years atleast untill I have to upgrade some of the parts.

THANK YOU GUYS AGAIN! I am really satisfied with the parts I ended up with :D.
