Two Network hookup

I have a wired modum on 192.168.0.1 connected to a 8 port switch. On one of the switch ports I have a wireless router on 192.168.1.1. All wired and wireless have internet access, and all wired are on the network. I am now installing wireless home surviellance camera and I would like them to down load to a wired computer. I cannot access the wireless modum from my wired computers, and vice verse. I do recall when I went to change the wireless to 192.168.0.1 when first setting this arrangement up, the wireless router said I could not do it. Is there some way I can have my wired computer connect via the ethernet to the wireless router so I can have live feed, and record to the wired PC?

Probably you have a Class C network and the network is set (in your case) to 192.168.0.
If you configure the access point as 192.168.1 it is a different network and they will never found each other.
So you have so set the network in the AP to 192.168.0 to make it work.
Your AP is complaining about 192.168.0.1, because it is already used with the modem.
So set the AP to 192.168.0 and make its host number 2 (for example) like so 192.168.0.2
Before you do all this check how muck ports your AP has. If it is just one you are fine and follow the above.
If you have more ports it is even simpler than that. There are a couple of ports who looks the same and just one that looks different.

Well I;m not quite up and running. I have a lynksys wrt54g and I cannot get certain devices to stay on the lynksys. I made the lynksys an AP by changing the option from gateway to router, the local ip from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.0.250, and disabled DBHC (?) I also turned off PuPN, I can get an ipad on the wifi, but when I go to put a laptop on via wifi too, the ipad falls off. I have the ethernet plugged into the lan on the wifi too, not the WAN.
