Will my psu handle my new upgrades?

I've got a Corsair VS650 PSU and I am having trouble being certain that it will be able to handle a major overhaul of my computer. This is what I plan to build:

AMD FX-8350
ASUS M5A99X Pro R2.0
8 GB Gskill memory (2x4)
Gigabyte GV-N770OC-2GD 770 Windforce 3x
550 GB 7200rpm HD
120 GB solid state drive

The only thing that worries me is that the official line from Nvidia is that you need 600W for a system with a GTX 770, but this one is OC'd, so I don't know how to be sure that 650W is enough. In the best of worlds I would upgrade the PSU as well, but that will have to wait.

Can my PSU handle it?

They have to say 600 watts to cover the budget supplies that would melt and burn your house down if they actually had to supply 600 watts to anything. You have a pretty good quality supply and your machine will probably be using much closer to 400 watts than 600.
