My screen turns black randomly.

So while playing games, my screen turns black and says:
Not Optimum mode-recommended mode 1680x1050. The problem has recently started occuring, after i got my new pc.
So far i've only experienced this in games. never happend when i was using my pc to surf on the net.

just as an fyi if u ever get an error always contact support immediantly to prevent more damage what u got there
alrightly have u updated all your drivers
did u check your ports and everything is plugged in?
what i recommend is changing to that 1680x1050 mode cause there might be something wrong with the moniter settings if nothing works contact samsung immendiately ive seen this problem before but fixes for it vary

I've just recently changed the monitor with another. Still the same thing is occuring. Now i don't know alot about PC's but might it be my PSU that is too low for my PC?

I've just changed my monitor to dell s2409w And running in 60hertz atm, the same thing happend here again, i got black screen with an error saying about the resolution again. The nvidia settings are set to normal, never touched it.
