this is better system. with overclocking enabled, and better cooler for overclocking and similar graphic cards yes.

Does this make a little more sense really the only things I changed were the video card and CPU. I don't feel I need a after market CPU cooler because I do not plan to over clock at the time but I will keep in in mind for the future.
