best AMD motherboard and not too expensive

Hey guys what is the best amd board and not too expensive and upgrade able in future.
specs:
AMD phenom X6 1090t i will upgrade it next year.
GPU: gtx 770 or R9 280x if someone can tell me which one better.
Power supply: apower ak seires 850w.
HDD: two hard drive each one 250 GB.
RAM: 4GB ddr3 1333
I want computer stay fast for four years.

Depending on the game, the 770 or 280x will out-perform each other. But in general, they are about the same in performance.

You should probably get a new PSU, and is the new motherboard for your phenom x6? Or is it for a future CPU that you haven't bought yet.

recocommend going Fx series Cpu its more expensive but support more cores witch is good for new games like bf4 and metro and u can upgrade it easly

cut off some Gpu cash and put in Cpu and board

Cpu Fx 6300

Board ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX r2 this board u can upgrade both Gpu / cpu as you want also it support crossfire/sli and overclocking

I have the phenom II x6 1090t already but i need to know what motherboard will be good for me and i can upgrade the cpu and add more graphics card and ram

can you tell me about crossfire and SLI.
what is mean pci express X16 and X8 what the diffrent and how it does effect on sli or crossfire. And what better sli or crossfire on M6a99
or they are the same.
And what is better get M5a99 with SLI gtx 770 or M5a97 with crossfire r9 280x

DO you think the Asus M5A99FX best one.
I'm completly lost help please.

So if it is X8 or above it's good. but the sli and crossfire same.
I mean is it better to but dual GTX 770 SLI or dual R9 280x Crossfire.
