R9 280X, GTX770, or GTX 680 for my setup?

I used to think I will get a Sapphire Radeon R9 280X Vapor X, but there were problems so I cancelled my order, and now I rethink the whole GPU question, and I'm thinking of the cards mentioned above.
My current system is:
CPU: AMD FX-6100 3.9 GHz
MOBO: ASUS M5A78L/M USB3
GPU: XFX RADEON HD6870
PSU: LC Power LC600H 600W
RAM: MEMSeven 8GB 1333MHz DDR3
HDD: 2TB HITACHI

Solution
Which ever you choose - get a new power supply - the 620W Antec is a good one as are many other quality brands. I have read nothing good about LC Power!

Not sure - without getting into the whole AND vs nvidia. The new AMD cards look pretty good - I've gone with nvidia for the last 4 years because software on my computer just did not work properly with AMD. AMD is also a better price. If I could afford it I would go NVidia.

770 is exactly the same as a 680... no slower no faster. just because their clocked different from the manufacture makes no difference on how fast either will do... the gpu lottery dictates that.

ive seen 7970's (same thing as 280x) for as low as $229. lowest ive seen a 680 is $289. for a $60 price difference i would go with a 7970

And which one do you recommend? R9 290 for 370 euros, or R9 280X for 300 euros? Also consider that my PSU is pretty crappy only 40amp single 12v rail, 600w. My CPU is not the best, but with some OC it will get the job done, ain't it?

I am wanting to make gameplay videos so that makes the 770 worth so much more to me. I would value the extra Nvidia features as being better than the 280x.
