So, i want to go with a i5 4670K Processor, the recommended RAM is 1333 or 1600mhz

But my MOBO (Msi g45 gaming) accepts even 2133mhz RAM

Would i be wasting money getting the 2133mhz ram instead of the recommended 1600mhz? Any risk for my setup by not sticking to the recomended?

No you wouldn't be wasting money, Haswell scales very well to DRAM, better than the previous CPU gens and even they benefited from faster DRAM - too many people still say fast DRAM is of no benefit, because of other things they have no idea about DRAM...here's a good article on memory scaling and it does really go far enough in depth but can provide some good insight...

So, yes, looking at 2133 would be a good idea ;)
