Hello everyone,
I am new here so sorry for any wrongly submitted information or lack of formality, you have such a great and helping community here and i am lucky to have found this forum
I have a problem though, 2 days ago i have bought a capture card "AverMedia Live Gamer HD" which I have installed on my PCI-e below my gpu and connected the cables and such and everything seemed to work fine (afeter some struggle and minor errors) but the problem is, this card comes with a software called RECentral, which is a neccessary to record my desktop and videos,
I have updated the firmware on this card and installed the lasted driver and application (RECentral) from their official website. The software works fine if I open it and set it up and close, but when I start it and then record few videos, and then try to close it, it gives me instantly BSOD when I click the cross button or when I end the process in task manager. The BSOD is saying "PROCESS_HAS_LOCKED_PAGES" and dumping data to my HDD and then i have to reboot...this is really frustrating and i am worried, i need to use this software a lot.

Theres almost no information about this issue on the internet and their forums are offline and their support is not really working so I am kinda desperate, my guuess is that this software does something with the memory or RAM and locking/unlocking some memory pool, which upon closing this software causes windows to crash. I am not a techie so I dont know if you need some logs or dxdiag or something but i am willing to work it out, please give me some advice
THank you in advance for any tips!
UPDATE: Drivers do not matter for that card, its the application recentral that causes BSOD, ive tried all drivers from that manufacturer and its the same, when i record a video and then close the newest version of t his software it crashes...
